  Absolutely hopeless service. wasted my time first thing in the morning. made me angry so that's biggest loss than anything else. I called a day before to book for next morning before 5 days holidays. i was told that it was their first booking in the morning. Did not do any notification before their NO SHOW UP. when i called 15min after their booked time, they said, he is caught in another job and can not attend my job???? wt....now its 5 days holidays and no other plumber would come on short notice. stuck with non working toilet flush. i don't know how do these people get business. please think twice before ringing this business.
