Cyren Bar Grill Seafood

Place is very expensive for the food offered. Wife's snapper fillet was full of bones. When this was pointed out when plates were being collected Staff readily admitted this should never of happened. They did refund a glass of wine by way of apology but they would not refund the whole meal when asked because my wife had eaten most of it. She had picked her way through the fish thinking that the bones would stop. Given the prices and the poor filleting we should not have had to ask for a refund it should have been automatic, pretty poor customer service if you ask us and we won't be going back. As a side note staff were very keen to sell breads, sides etc but once meals were served no one came near us, if they had we would have asked about the bones sooner.

Great service, even better food. The waiter Peter was very friendly & accomodated. Even with the restaurant being booked out, he engaged to interact with us & had a great attitude. I wanted to show my appreciation & thank him for making a night out even more pleasant. Thank You for you services Peter. ☺️
