I went through difficult time and my GP advised to go to a gym to reduce the stress level with work outs. I got a Pietro as a PT (personal trainer) and he is great. He managed a program for me, helped to learn and perform exercises in a direct manner, to get a high result and get a body I want.

The gym is placed really convenient if you work in City (and quite busy because of that), has plenty of exercise equipment, clean and nice.

Pretty strange layouts , squat racks were not really facing any mirrors. Other than that, clean, spacious, a lot and a lot of treadmills. Good relaxing view
