Amazing service, walked in and although it was busy, this lovely female attended to my needs on Thursday evening. She was so attentive and had amazing product knowledge. I would be returning to buy more as your sales assistant has won me over.

I have been buying these shoes for 4 years. They are usually very comfortable and great to wear. I recently bought a pair and the one she has (In my opinion a defect) after 3 weeks of wear the shoe has not softened and the back eats into my heel very badly and makes it almost impossible to wear. Its just the one shoe and never had this issue before. I went in and to ask what they can do and the assistant said I need to buy leather softener.....rubbish service
