Very bad service, stupid online system. I've submitted for new account online, came to the branch to submit my ID , expected to have the account opened quicker. The branch replied that "too bad, they can't take control of online application". I requested to withdraw the online but they said they couldn't too. Hopeless. Ring online number 3 times, same answer "somebody will get back to you, the agent is in the meeting and finally the agent has gone home". Unacceptable customer service
