Disgusting customer service.
So bad, never buy shoes from here.
1. The shoe falls apart after 10 metres
2. They cannot give a refund (only if the shoe is faulty,which I know it was?)
3. You can get the refund possibly but they have to talk to the owner first, who is never there.

Absolutely amazing customer service. From the first time and now the second.

Not every day people handle difficult situations well, but Migi did it amazingly well.

I had faulty shoes so came back for a chat and she looked after me with all the care in the world. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of Migi.
