Staggeringly rude and incompetent service on every occasion I've had the misfortune of dealing with them. Their website contains very little information, but staff become impatient and frustrated when I asked for details necessary for me to complete the relevant transaction. I was also advised that in order to download a complete an accurate copy of the form required, I'd need to download Internet Explorer, a browser I'm pretty sure no one has used for at least a decade. The whole experience has been like stepping back in time.
