  DO NOT take your clothes here. Took my $280 dress for a dry clean because I had worn it a couple of times and wanted it refreshed for a wedding. It did not have any visible stains on it. Got it back with a mark in the middle of the dress, it looks like the fabric has been pulled/scraped. They refused a refund and claimed that the damaged fabric was a "stain" that they could not get out. Insisted that the owner of the store had to see dress before a decision was made about a $25 refund??? Never mind that my expensive dress is now ruined.
  
  Absolutely ridiculous treatment, never using this service again.
  
  UPDATE: response to owner since I can't seem to repond to below comment. Booking is under my boyfriends name, because we took clothes in together. Never said that I was never a customer? The person we spoke to called the owner and it didn't go anywhere. But write what you feel you need to write to make future customers use your service.
