  Concierge service is a good idea, though can get busy during peak times with extended wait periods. Decent selection of phones, however expected greater range from Australia's #1 network. Warning: Techies can be unhelpful and non-committal. Appears it's all about steering customers away from Telstra's contractual responsibilities. Shame.
