Well is there more to say than they worked miracles to get my loan approved, sealed signed and delivered in under 3 days and settlement completed by the 28th June 2013?
They were magnificent. Thanks to them I will get my tax refund of past $6000 .

That said, I think they need to work better on responding to phone calls from customers.
I used to work in Harrods London... excellence of customer service as we are all aware and there you had to pick up the phone before the third ring.
