  The rudest experience I have EVER had with any individual in my life!!!!!!!
  The owner of this outlet has no heart!!
  After our mother past away due to complications with her very first chemo treatment my sister & I have been trying to make sure all costs regarding a farewell & outstanding medical bills etc are covered. One way of helping us do this has been to return a bunch of products purchased by our mother in preperation for the side effects of chemo. Hats, creams, scarf's, a wig etc. All the products are still brand new, never worn, in there original packaging, with receipts & only purchased within two weeks of our mothers passing, therefore could be resold by said retailers for others that need these items.
  Although not bound by law to do so, every retailer so far has been very understanding & more than willing to take the items back & refund the money which we have greatly appreciated with the mounting bills.
  Not Wig Affair though... After speaking with a worker she suggested the owner of the store call me back the following day. I called as I had not heard anything only to be spoken to like a piece of trash & told that her husband had passed away from Cancer & she hadn't tried to return anything. I was dumbfounded & had absolutely no response other than to say how disgusting it was to be spoken to in such a manner, especially based around the subject of the recent death of someone so close. I would have thought a business that claims to have a 'main area of expertise in the medical field' would be a little more caring...
  Thanks for nothing Wig Affair!!!!!!!

  After searching endlessly for the perfect wig for my mum and going from one side of sydney to the other... we stumbled across wig affair and was served by a lady named Jan. She was soooo helpful and nothing was too much, she made my mum feel so comfortable and even step by step showed her all she needed to know about her new wig. We ended up leaving with 2 wigs and my mum has her confidence back. Thank u so much Jan it was a pleasure meeting u and your team
