Over a 10 year period I have tested Kristins knowledge and talent by going and injuring myself multiple times.
She has patiently seen me through 2 right knee reconstructions, a left shoulder dislocation, a right shoulder sub-laxation and a torn L4/5 intervertebral disc in my lower back.
Through great advice, rehabilitative work and such patience (definitely on her part ) I have been able to continue to compete at the level I require and demand in triathlon, martial arts and resistance training.
Thanks for being my devils advocate when I want to train too soon and also becoming a mate over such a long time.
