  I asked if they sell double jewel CD cases. He told me yes he does. It turned out it was a double DVD case. When I described what a jewel CD case is, he still thought the double DVD case was a jewel CD case. It took a while for him to understand what a jewel CD case is, and he didn't sell them. I asked if he could order some in, he said no. The customer service is very poor. If you want good service go somewhere else.

  BUYER BEWARE. There is the manager, his name is Mark ,he is not even try to help you. His favourite words "Your upset. Leave and never come back again". And this guy trying to do a business. Unbelievable.
